Order changes and cancellations

Email service@pavlert.com as soon as possible with the order number and requested change. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but an edit or cancellation is not guaranteed.

What may be changed

Address details, item choice or cancellation may be possible only while the order remains unprocessed. Payment or inventory changes can require cancellation and a new order.

After fulfillment begins

Once a shipping label is created or a parcel is handed to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible. Follow the returns process after delivery when eligible.

Duplicate orders

If you submit the same order more than once, contact us immediately with every order number. Do not assume an unconfirmed cancellation is complete.

Refund timing

When a cancellation is approved, any refund is sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions control final posting time.
